1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 333bmw platform ("Platform" or "Service") and all services, products, and activities associated with it. These Terms form a binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the entity operating 333bmw.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A single person may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 333bmw platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits using a third party's name or account are not permitted — the deposit account must be your own.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved for specific reasons.

4.3 Transaction Verification

333bmw may request additional information or documents for large withdrawal requests. 333bmw reserves the right to place a hold on transactions in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning for the example above, ৳20,000 in bets must be placed on the ৳1,000 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonuses may only be wagered on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited and will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• 333bmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds should not be treated as cash; they are a conditional benefit only and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 VIP Program Terms

The 333bmw VIP Program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. For example, a member at the Gold level who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳100.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed on the 333bmw platform, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled. 333bmw bears no responsibility if a bet is not automatically confirmed due to an internet disconnection, server issue, or any other reason.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a round or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, game software error, or any other technical issue, 333bmw may, at its own discretion, decide to void the bet or return the stake placed.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event, and are visible within the game itself. 333bmw reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Sports Betting

The odds provided at the time of placing a bet on any sports event — including cricket and football — are considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, 333bmw will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits.
• Using a third party's account to conduct transactions.
• Attempting to win unfairly by exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.
• Harassing other members or spreading misleading information.

Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in the account being closed and all balances being forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property and Copyright

• If the age requirement is violated.

13.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account on 333bmw, please notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses will be forfeited.
